Behind-the-scenes moderation data: When you submit, the system also records a Client ID (a device/browser-based identifier) to help detect abuse and moderate malicious activity. In cases of abuse, we may restrict access using the Client ID.

Public display: oReviews submissions may be displayed publicly only after admin review/approval.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, information may be collected automatically, such as:

• Basic device and browser information
• Pages viewed and approximate usage details
• Diagnostic and security-related information (for example, to protect the Site from malicious traffic)

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns.

4) Cookies, Local Storage, and Site Preferences

The Site uses client-side storage (cookies and/or local storage/cache) primarily to remember user-selected preferences for customizable Site features.

• Preference data is stored on your device and not stored server-side by the Site for these preference features.

• oReviews submissions (including Client ID): retained no longer than 24 hours, then removed as part of the rolling/wiping process used to manage the active oReviews list.
• Emails you send us: retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, and address legal/security needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Age Restriction

The Site and oReviews submissions are intended for teenagers and up only (13+). Do not use oReviews or submit information if you are under 18 and without parental supervision.

12) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. You can request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing by contacting [email protected].

Because the Site retains oReviews submission data for up to 24 hours, requests related to oReviews may need to be made promptly, and some data may already have been deleted by the time we receive your request.
